Voting and claiming

Why voting matters, how a vote works, and how the reward reaches your character.

Why vote

Toplists rank servers by votes, and a vote there is how most new players find the game. In return every vote gives you something in game. It costs a minute.

How a vote works

  1. Open the Vote page and sign in. It lists each toplist with a Vote button, or “Voted. Next vote in 7 h 12 min.” If your account has more than one character, pick the one the rewards go to at the top.
  2. Press Vote. The toplist’s own page opens in a new tab; vote there, with its own check.
  3. Within seconds the toplist tells us and the button turns to Voted.
  4. In game you see “You have 1 vote to collect: type ::claim”. Type it, and the reward is yours.

Each toplist can be voted on once every twelve hours. The page shows the time left, so there is no need to guess.

What you get

Every vote gives a vote reward item, with a small chance of something rare on top. Voter pets, earned by voting over time, open a box of their own each time you claim. Keep voting day after day and the streak rewards grow. The exact items change with the game’s updates; the vote page lists the current ones.

The rules, so that nobody spoils it

  • Vote from the account that plays. Votes from a second account on the same connection, or on an account that has never played a character, are not counted.
  • Each toplist, once in twelve hours. A vote pass works once and expires after two hours.
  • Rewards go to the character you picked when you pressed Vote.

Voted and nothing arrived?

Most toplists tell us within seconds, but once in a while the call never comes. Five minutes after you voted, the vote page shows Voted there and nothing arrived? under that toplist. For some toplists it can ask them directly and count the vote; for the others it opens a support ticket with the toplist and the time filled in, and staff give the vote by hand.
